Implementation Specialist

Location: Hybrid, primarily remote but based in Northeast Ohio for onsite work

Graici is a technology startup bringing Agentic Engagement Technology to market. Agentic Engagement Technology is a solution-focused AI that healthcare providers, health insurance plans, educational institutions, and government provide, at no cost, to their clients for better engagement and outcomes. Graici empowers individual users with a virtual Assistant that is mobile-first but can work on any device to access the resources and public benefits they need to succeed while reducing overwork and driving revenue for the institutions that serve them. 

The Implementation Specialist reports to the VP of Strategy & Impact and plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of Graici’s solutions at customer sites. This individual works directly with customers throughout the implementation process. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and project management to deliver seamless experiences and ensure customer success. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their current workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Document business and technical requirements to tailor Graici’s solutions to the customer’s needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through Graici’s technology.
2. Implementation Planning and Execution 
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal Graici teams (e.g., marketing, sales, engineering, product, data) to ensure alignment on project requirements.
  • Configure and deploy Graici’s solutions on-site or remotely, ensuring proper integration with existing systems.        
3. Customer Training and Support
  • Provide hands-on training to end-users and customer teams to maximize adoption and utilization of Graici’s platform.
  • Act as the primary on-site resource during the implementation phase, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and documentation tailored to customer workflows.
4. Ongoing Customer Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for customers during and after implementation.
  • Monitor progress post-implementation to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with Graici’s product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
5. Project Coordination and Reporting
  • Track and report on implementation progress, risks, and success metrics to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with customer teams and Graici leadership.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications

1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as implementation, customer success, or project management.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, social determinants of health (SDOH), or public benefits enrollment is a strong plus.
2. Skills and Competencies Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
3. Preferred Knowledge
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, and other public benefit programs is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics, gamification, or patient engagement strategies is a plus.
4. Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel).
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
