This is the fourth company founded by our CEO, Steve McHale, who has a 30-year track record of building data and technology companies that transform industries. A hallmark of his career is the acquisition of his first three companies by industry leaders, including IBM which acquired his last company Explorys which amassed the largest clinical database in the world.
