About The CEO
Junior Data Scientist
Location: Remote
Graici is on a mission to develop and scale Adaptive Engagement Technology that transforms ecosystems to be more equitable and effective for all persons, institutions, and the economy overall. The Junior Data Scientist opportunity is key to our mission with the opportunity to make an impact across several teams.
Reporting to the Manager of Data Science, you will play a crucial role in metrics, monitoring, and conversational components for cutting edge large language models. In addition you will be given the opportunity for close collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to dedicate your technical, communication, and organizational abilities to fulfilling our purpose of powering inclusive prosperity.
General Work Activities/Tasks:
- Investigation: Ask the right questions to understand the problem and the business context.
- Extraction: Pulling data from (potentially) multiple data sources.
- Processing: Clean the data, removing noise, enhancing signal, light feature engineering.
- Collaborate: Work with the data team to integrate any transformation scripts into production.
- Understanding: Perform exploratory data analysis on the data loaded to gain a more complete mastery of the data environment.
- Definition: Work with senior management to define appropriate evaluation tests and metrics.
- Examine: Choose the right Predictive or Machine Learning model for the problem.
- Application: Apply those models and extract meaningful insights.
- Monitoring: Measure and improve results, watching for drift.
- Presentation: Display final results to a senior and make adjustments based on the feedback..
- Iteration: Repeat the process to solve the problem.
- Display: Generate presentation material (slides, dashboards, etc) for leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Chief of Staff

Adaptive Engagement Technology is an AI-native, large agentic model sold to healthcare providers, health insurance plans, educational institutions, and government to achieve greater engagement and outcomes with the people they serve. Our technology empowers individual users across the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) to access the resources they need while reducing friction and enhancing workflows for the employees who serve them.
Transitioning from early start-up to growth phase we’re recruiting a Chief of Staff to have an immediate and transformative impact on efficiency and productivity with focus, pace, and sense of urgency on delivering results. Our highly qualified chief of staff will report to the CEO as a trusted implementer and manager prioritizing engagement, effectiveness, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing operational management, and communicating and negotiating objectives and resources across the business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO.
- Assist the CEO with internal and external communication, decision-making, information management, resource management, and initiative implementation.
- Act as “air traffic controller” for the CEO, reviewing, managing, and briefing the CEO on incoming requests and opportunities.
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organization structure, identify knowledge, skills, and process gaps and devise or advise on solutions.

Senior Software Engineer

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing Graici’s Adaptive Engagement Technology to be highly reliable, responsive, and capable of delivering on the product promise to individual and institutional users. As a senior engineer, you’ll have an opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor other engineers, and provide expert input on product development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to dedicate your technical, communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities to fulfilling our purpose of powering inclusive prosperity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Full-Stack Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our software projects.
- Front-End Development: Utilize your expertise in Angular to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
- Back-End Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of scalable and efficient server-side systems using technologies such as Node.js.
- Back-End Integrations: Be able to work with external rest APIs
- Code Quality: Ensure high-quality, clean, and maintainable code by following best practices and coding standards.
