About The CEO
Implementation Specialist
Location: Hybrid, primarily remote but based in Northeast Ohio for onsite work
The Implementation Specialist reports to the VP of Strategy & Impact and plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of Graici’s solutions at customer sites. This individual works directly with customers throughout the implementation process. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and project management to deliver seamless experiences and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with customers to understand their current workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Document business and technical requirements to tailor Graici’s solutions to the customer’s needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through Graici’s technology.
- Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal Graici teams (e.g., marketing, sales, engineering, product, data) to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Configure and deploy Graici’s solutions on-site or remotely, ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
- Provide hands-on training to end-users and customer teams to maximize adoption and utilization of Graici’s platform.
- Act as the primary on-site resource during the implementation phase, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance.
- Create user guides, training materials, and documentation tailored to customer workflows.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for customers during and after implementation.
- Monitor progress post-implementation to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights with Graici’s product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on implementation progress, risks, and success metrics to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with customer teams and Graici leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
1. Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as implementation, customer success, or project management.
- Experience in healthcare technology, social determinants of health (SDOH), or public benefits enrollment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, and other public benefit programs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavioral economics, gamification, or patient engagement strategies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel).
- Flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
