Stephen McHale
Graici’s CEO since its inception in 2021 as a spinout from Unify Labs, the economics innovation nonprofit Steve co-founded with the purpose of powering inclusive prosperity. Leads strategy, business, and product development to include conception of Adaptive Engagement Technology. Over 30 years of experience and 4 issued patents as a technology entrepreneur dedicated to transforming industries with 3 successful exits including as co-founder and CEO of Explorys which was acquired by IBM in 2015. There he led the company to amass the world’s largest clinical database. BA in Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Design. Decades of nonprofit service include health and human services and the arts. Active as a start-up mentor and investor.
Deb Palmer George
Guides development of Graici’s culture of well-being to conceive and carry out strategies of well-doing. Leads product marketing and collaborates on product development. 23 years as an independent Organization Development Consultant, Executive Coach, and Speaker/Facilitator. Notable client categories include start-ups, professional services, healthcare, and manufacturing. Previously VP, of HR and Business Development for an ESOP company. Over 30 years of volunteer service focused on Workforce Development, Women’s Empowerment, Human Rights, and Social Justice. Pro bono coach for women in work or life transition. BS in Psychology. Graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Certified in Appreciative Inquiry, EQ, Conversational Intelligence, Conscious Choosing (NVC), and Neuroview Leadership.
Aaron Cornell
Responsible for financial strategy and management, risk management, board and shareholder relations. Over 20 years experience with corporate and venture capital-backed firms. Proficient in developing consistent financial reporting packages and presenting facts by numbers that establish both operating efficiency and transparency between the organization, Board, and its shareholders. Long-standing community advocate and donor.
Anthony Stokes
Responsible for research of data sources, interpretation, compilation, summarization, and presentation of conclusions to help guide business decisions. Performs data analysis and support for product development along with the FQHC and Education pilots. Multiple technology and data certifications, Data Analytics Fellowship Bootcamp graduate.
Adam Kocinski
Responsible for research, development, and fine-tuning of LLM prompts that engage users in experiences that fulfill Graici’s purpose and goals. Project Manager for FQHC pilot with emphasis on understanding user experiences to discover opportunities to optimize processes for the benefit of individuals and institutions. Actively engaged in research and study in the emergent field of AI prompting.
Ben McDole
Leads research, design, and development of the AI, Data Science, and ML components of Adaptive Engagement Technology. Project Manager for Education pilot. Highly experienced Data Scientist and Analyst specializing in team building, data-driven testing, and complex problem-solving. MA in Mathematics Education, BS in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Celia Chen
Leads UX design to deliver on Graici’s value proposition and strategy. Organizes team collaboration on Purpose-Driven UX. Engaged in UX research with pilots. Bachelor’s in Communication and Journalism, double Master’s in Communication and Journalism, and in Management Studies, Cultural and Creative Industry. Multiple UX and Design certifications including Dribble and Google.
Corazon Eaton
Leads strategic direction and execution of Graici’s individual and institutional strategic planning, programmatic activities, user engagement and performance measurement efforts. Focused on ensuring measurable and sustainable positive outcomes for both the people served by Graici and the institutions that adopt it. A leader with passion and expertise in population health, health equity and social drivers of health possessing extensive leadership experience implementing and managing large scale programs. Astute strategic thinker with a gift for operationalizing vision into impact. BS in Life Science and Master of Public Health/Healthcare Administration/Management.
Gail Spahar
Responsible for administration, coordination, and support of virtual team processes and activities including HR Administration. Also provides support to Unify Labs, the Impact Venture Nonprofit that gave rise to Graici. Prior experience includes 42 years with IBM, the last 2 years as Executive Coordinator at Explorys, the big data company co-founded by Steve McHale.

Responsible for infrastructure and operations support and compliance administration. Supports users in virtual work environments across multiple platforms with priority on security, reliability, and performance. Continuous learner evaluating new and optimizing current technologies.
Lina Zhukov
Leads research, design, and engineering of Adaptive Engagement Technology to be person-centered, scalable, adaptable, accessible, and incorporating emergent technologies in service of the mission. Skillful coach and mentor of engineers from junior to experienced. Over 16 years of progressive experience, growth, and leadership in software development and engineering. Studied System Design, dedicated to learning and researching emergent technologies to solve real-world problems at scale.

Responsible for HR management, administration, and advising. Focuses on best practices in engagement, support, and compliance as a virtual organization. Collaborates on policy, guidelines, and staff support in alignment with the company’s mission and values. Founder, Managing Director, and Senior Consultant of PAVA, LLC since 2008. Member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Hold a BS in Management and multiple HR certifications.
Nick Seritti
Leads Cloud Operations and Architecture, UX Design, Network Security and Compliance, and IT Asset Management. Research, planning, design, and execution of Adaptive Engagement Technology development and infrastructure. 20 years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering, Architecture, and Operations with a specialty in building transformative technology companies. MS in Information Security and Assurance, BS in Computer and Information Technology with specialized training including Certified Ethical Hacking and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigation.
Sicily Palermo
Responsible for brand design, development, and implementation. Collaborator on UX/UI dedicated to user retention and stickiness based on brand trust and consistency. Execution of marketing activities and business development support. Experienced in training design and delivery, account coordination, and business partner presentations. Active learner studying and experimenting with emergent AI and technology branding and design.
Teayra Hasan
Responsible for product testing, writing acceptance criteria, and assisting with documentation and procedures. Works with the team to determine test methods, tools, and plans for efficient and effective quality processes and identification of any defects or issues in the software before it is released to the market. Knowledgeable in Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience gained through Trailhead with extensive experience in customer support and as a virtual Career Coach with Graici. BA in Psychology. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver results that exceed expectations. Actively leverages continuous integration, peer review, and agile methodologies to drive impactful solutions. Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with multiple programming certifications and a strong background in customer service.
