Graici’s CEO since its inception in 2021 as a spinout from Unify Labs, the economics innovation nonprofit Steve co-founded with the purpose of powering inclusive prosperity. Leads strategy, business, and product development to include conception of Adaptive Engagement Technology. Over 30 years of experience and 4 issued patents as a technology entrepreneur dedicated to transforming industries with 3 successful exits including as co-founder and CEO of Explorys which was acquired by IBM in 2015. There he led the company to amass the world’s largest clinical database. BA in Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Design. Decades of nonprofit service include health and human services and the arts. Active as a start-up mentor and investor.

With a Master of Science in Data Science and five years of experience in healthcare and e-commerce, Cole brings deep expertise in predictive analytics, large language models, and chatbot tools to help ensure Graici continues to learn, adapt, and serve with impact.
